TY students of Colaiste Cois Siuire launched the first-ever canteen run program. They are running the school canteen every Tuesday for 5 weeks, showing their respect to the multicultural community within the school, representing the “unity in the diversity.” They are going to present one country each week with their dishes and sell them in the school. In addition, they cook fresh, healthy lunches in their Home Economics double class and sell in the lunchtime. A tremendous cross-curricular learning program– History, geography, Maths, Business, Home Economics, literacy, Numeracy. The benefits to the students include practical opportunities to experience are follows:
